**COVID-19: Important Information about Clinical Services at Relationship Works

We want to reach out to all you and let you know that we will be continuing to offer only virtual/video sessions, given that our services can be effectively and most safely offered in our virtual office. As much as we’re absolutely looking forward to seeing you in person again in the future, we ask for your patience. There are a lot of details to be considered in order to make sure that all of you, and each of us and our mutual family members can feel safe, comfortable and healthy during this time.

Clients are encouraged to meet us on our secure online Jane App TeleHealth platform. Set up your private space with Kleenex and fresh water and then click the link on your reminder email to access the Jane App virtual office waiting room. ***Please note that all session appointment times are given in Pacific Time Zone.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me at jillian@relationshipworks.ca with any questions or concerns you may have.

Sincerely, and in health for ourselves, our community and loved ones,

Jillian, Rebecca, Nancy, Judith and Sarah (The Relationship Works Team) **A friendly final reminder that this time showing here is Pacific Time and you will want to do the conversion to your Time Zone.

Sarah has always been passionate and uniquely interested in relationships. From a young age, her observant and curious nature would often push her to ask questions, endlessly curious by people’s hesitance to answer them. Dead set on understanding how our mind operates within a relationship, Sarah set out on her educational journey and is so excited to finally start her quest to help people live fuller, happier lives in relationships that are built on trust and open communication.

Drawing on her years of education where she received her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, her studies with York University and The Erikson Foundation she is looking to help those who seek to better their overall communication and relationships with others and themselves while decreasing stressors such as anxiety, self-esteem, societal concerns, fertility issues, attachment styles, and family dynamics. Individually or in relationships these concerns can come into play and having the right tools and support can make all the difference.

For Sarah, working holistically to manage mental health from every possible direction is the goal of her practice. She empowers you through the use of therapy, cognitive tools, and exercises, and hopes that partners will find common ground and manage communication with the goal of improving active listening and responses. Sarah believes that your relationship with yourself and your partner is the most important partnership you’ll have in your entire life. Maintaining it can be hard work, and you don’t have to do it alone.
